Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SeaVibe at seavibe.app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

SeaVibe is a location-based discovery platform for beaches, beach bars, nightlife, water sports, diving spots, and other coastal locations. The service is available in two tiers:

  • Free plan — spot discovery using OpenStreetMap data
  • Pro plan — enhanced data including Google ratings, photos, and Secret Search

Account Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You may not share, sell, or transfer your account
  • One account per person; bulk or automated account creation is prohibited

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or automate requests to SeaVibe
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying data
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service infrastructure
  • Create fake or misleading spot data

Subscription & Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Paddle, our authorized payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

Prices are displayed at checkout and may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

💛 Refund Policy

We offer the following refund terms:

  • 7-day money-back guarantee on your first Pro subscription payment — no questions asked
  • If you cancel after 7 days, your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period — no partial refunds
  • Refund requests must be submitted to hello@seavibe.app within the 7-day window
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method

Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan.

Spot Data Accuracy

SeaVibe aggregates data from OpenStreetMap, Google Places, and community contributions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of spot information. Always verify conditions locally before visiting.

Intellectual Property

The SeaVibe brand, logo, UI design, and proprietary code are owned by SeaVibe and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Spot data from OpenStreetMap is licensed under ODbL.

Limitation of Liability

SeaVibe is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including injury, loss, or damage from visiting a location discovered through SeaVibe.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Serbia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable EU law.
